PAYMENT AGREEMENT:

Annes Ark is paying a booth rental to event and gets to keep proceedes. __________

Please read the following terms:

Annes Ark Petting Zoo needs convenient parking.  We use our trailer through out the day to give the animals a break and for safety of the animals and participants we would rather not have to walk animals through crowds.  ________________________________________________

There is a ussable source of water somewhere on site or we will be told in advance if we need to bring a quanity of water for the animals.________________________

There will be an additional charge, not included in event bid, if you require us to be set up more than 1/2 hour prior to event start up time.  The charge is $25 per hour and is due with balance of payment on the day of  event.  This only applies to events paying us a flat rate.___________________

A $100 deposit is required on all events.  Balance is due UPON  our ARRIVAL. on the first day of event.  Please do not make us come looking for you! _________________

We reserve the right to substitue, change or not include animals for any reason.  Our main concern is ALWAYS the health, comfort and safety of our animals.____________

We reserve the right to refuse addmission of anyone to the petting zoo or pony rides for any reason. Again our concern is always our animals safety and comfort.__________

If you will be collecting money/tickets/ stamping hands etc.for either pony rides or zoo entrance, you will provide staff to do so for the entire duration of event or will notify us in advance so we can provide staff.__________________________________

Annes Ark Petting Zoo will take every precaution to provent injury or harm to participants at your event.  Our goal is for everyone, people and animals, to have a fun, safe day and to be invited back next time you have an event.  You the event manager understand the nature of the event you are hosting and the inherent risks of a farm animal activity and agree not to hold Annes Ark Petting Zoo or any of their employees responsible fo any injury or death at your event.

By signing below you state that you have read and agree to all the terms in this contract.  Nothing can be changed except in writing.
